 My handmade chocolates are made using fresh cream, butter, fruits, herbs & spices,

and most importantly  quality chocolate from different regions around the world with different  percentages of cocoa content.

My fresh chocolates have a 4 - 6 week shelf life as they do not contain preservatives. They are mostly gluten Free and all dark chocolate is Vegan.

These are simply delicious, Oozy caramel  encased in dark chocolate shells and dusted with cocoa powder......

INGREDIENTS: Dark chocolate (55% cocoa minimum, cocoa butter), sugar, cocoa beans, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla extract, cream, sugar, butter, cocoa powder, glucose,

My  chocolate making kit makes a super gift especially if you are not able to attend one of my in person Chocolate Workshops. The box contains all the ingredients  needed to make

 3 delicious decorated chocolate lollies  and  a box of chocolate Truffles *.

Inside you will find  a  step by step instructions  to help guide you through making your chocolate creations, and that all important stage of how to temper chocolate.


My Chocolate making kit also  includes  piping bags, transfer sheets,  lollipop sticks, greaseproof paper, a gift box,  biodegradable bags,  ribbons & ties for an extra professional touch. You can  choose to keep your chocolate creations for yourself or gift to a loved one.
